Lease Preparation Service

Orlando Realty and Property Management helps you have a lease prepared to move in that new tenant or renew an existing one.  


1. Here is what we do for you –

- We have an attorney prepared lease drawn up for you.  


2. Included in the lease are these features…

- All of the bells and whistles, including a Pet Addendum, Mold Addendum, Early Termination Addendum. 
- Over 17 pages (certainly no office supply store lease).

3. We will perform this service for you with 3 easy steps:

1. Simply download the "Lease Preparation Agreement" document.  Also, please fill out the "Lease Prep Form".  (Please completely fill out the documents so we are able to perform the task without delay and as efficiently as possible for you.)

3. Fax (407-429-3857) or scan/email (orpm@407rentals.com) the documents to us.
