PAY THE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
The administrative fee is $150.00 per rental (not per person) and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Also, this is not a yearly fee, this is paid just once. This admin fee must be paid once approved to lease the property. Our office will not place the order with the attorney to prepare the lease until both the admin fee and the security deposit are placed with our office.

1. You can pay the administrative fee via cashier's check and bring to our office. Please make the check payable to 'Orlando Realty and Property Management'.

2. To pay the administrative fee online, click on the link below and make the payment with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex or DiscoverCard) or Pay Pal. After clicking the "Add to Cart" below, another window will pop up (turn off pop ups). Then hit proceed to checkout. Note: **A small convenience fee is charged by credit card companies which will show up as a shipping fee**. (You do not need a Pay Pal account, you can pay with a card.)
