*Ready for the "fine print"? As much as we'd love not to have any requirements:

1. To claim your coupon, simply print this page and circle the coupon you want.  Be
   sure to include it when you first sign up with us, then relax and let us get to work!
2. You have to complete at least one year of managed service with OPRM or reimburse
   ORPM for the dollar value of your coupon.  
3. A 'Coupon' is not valid with an agreement that has 'Introductory' pricing. 
4. You're required to fund your maintenance escrow with $350 prior to coupon work.
   This is how we rountinely begin management services for all our clients.
5. Limit one coupon per customer, to be used within 30 days after management begins.
