If you find the tenant first, you pay nothing.  No catches, no gimmicks.  Inquire how we can assist you with other services like lease preperation, mid-lease walkthroughs, etc.


Many of our clients have found this to be the flexibility they need.  Their concern is location of a quality tenant fast, whether we locate the tenant or they do. 

To get started, we need just a few items: 

1. A filled out property info sheet, click here.
2. A signed rental agreement, click here. 
3. Fill out the advertising document, click here.  Filling out and emailing back the Word doc is preferred.
4. Please email between 1-10 pictures, place in the subject line the address of the property.
5. Mail a key to your property to our address below (please label the key with the rental address).
