- We are a local real estate office with rental owners calling our office daily looking for a property management company. Can you convince our company is better than our competition?
- Buyers - Our sister company manages over 400 rental properties. Would you like to call those tenants and sell a home to them (even if you sell just 2 or 3% a home).
- Sellers – With our sister company managing over 400 rental properties, some of those owners are in need of selling their property. Would you like to speak to those owners and convince even just a few of them to sell their property?
So we offer you three lines of leads. We just want a hard working, who doesn’t take no for an answer kind of agent.
Sorry, we are not training the newbie. We expect:
- You must have a valid Florida real estate license.
- You must have real estate sales experience.
- You must be extremely organized.
- You must be a self-motivator.
- You must have negotiating skills.
- You must be polished and professional.
