Jason ‘Jay’ Myers
Owner & Broker
Jay is the Owner and Broker of Orlando Realty and Property Management.  Jay provides over 13 years of real estate experience, most of that time specializing in property management. During the last 13 years, Jay has been responsible for the leasing and management of thousands of properties. Jay is the leader and provides the vision for our organization.  During his time as a team leader for RE/MAX and Keller Williams, he ranked in the top 25 in the state of Florida as an agent many years. Jay and the team then decided to move Orlando Realty and Property Management to our own brokerage.  We look forward to continue success under Jay’s leadership.

Jay enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter. He also enjoys watching his beloved Philadelphia sports teams and traveling.


Brian Goodwin
New Business Development Manager
Brian is responsible for the marketing and business acquisition of new clients. Brian is constantly reviewing rental trends, housing numbers and how it affects the pricing of rentals. Brian answers the questions of prospective owners, reviews property's rental values and launches the relationships with these new clients.

Brian enjoys hiking, boating, and watching his alma mater on Saturdays, the Florida State Seminoles.


Karen Hewitt
Property Manager
Karen is responsible for all facets of property management for a property. She is a liaison between our owners and tenants. Karen has over 14 years of real estate/property management experience.

Karen enjoys movies, the beach, spending time with friends and family and participating in 5K's with my daughter!


Mary Barker
Property Manager
Mary is responsible for all facets of property management for a property. She is a liaison between our owners and tenants. Mary has been in the property management industry for over 8 years. She has managed large portfolios within the Multifamily industry along with managing single family homes and vacation rentals. Her role here is to serve as a liaison between the owner and tenants while providing strong customer service on both ends. Her diversified experience with in the property management industry makes her a great fit for our team.

Mary enjoys working out and socializing with friends.

Heather Lewis
Leasing Agent / Field Agent
Heather is responsible for leasing properties to prospective tenants into Orlando Realty and Property Management properties.  Heather has over 10 years of management and sales experience, much of that in the real estate field.  Heather assists in continually examine market trends and community features and how that relates to rental pricing.  Also, she will be reviews conditions of individual units, and their lease ability.  She also assists in the pre, post and mid lease walkthroughs that are performed on each unit to ensure the quality of each unit.

Heather enjoys spending time relaxing with her family, reading, wakeboarding, snow skiing, going to the beach and 4-wheeler riding.


David Brown
Leasing Agent / Field Agent
David is responsible for leasing properties to prospective tenants into Orlando Realty and Property Management properties.  David has over 20 years of management and sales experience.  David has spent the last few years in the real estate field.  David has a remarkable talent of making prospective tenants feel at home at the property.  He also assists in the pre, post and mid lease walkthroughs that are performed on each unit to ensure the quality of each unit.

David enjoys tennis, history and trivia.


Binekka Wallace
Phone & Ad Coordinator
Binekka is handles our incoming calls from prospective tenants Monday through Friday (leasing agents cover the weekend calls).  Sherrie is patient while answering questions, but great at booking the necessary appointments needed to show and then lease properties.  Sherrie also places the advertising of our rentals, while 'Tweeting' them, blogging and placing them on Facebook.

Binekka enjoys spending time with her husband and her young daughter.  


Amy Goodwin
Manager of Bookkeeping
Amy is responsible for all monies. Amy has over 12 years of bookkeeping, all of those years in the property management business. You don’t find many bookkeepers that have been in the property management field as many as Amy. Amy has the attention to detail like few others and is dedicated to ensure on time payments that are accurate each month.

Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, boating, and going to the beach.


James Lowe
Director of Risk Management
A licensed Florida Broker and Instructor, Jim has over twenty-five years of extensive professional practice in both sales and management. His long experience includes developing a top ranked sales and management brokerage office, managing and supervising a multi-office 1100 agent brokerage firm, direct management of over 600 residential condominium and single family properties, and training over 20,000 agents, managers, and brokers. Jim's considerable expertise, experience, and skill are focused on maximizing our property owner's profitability while controlling risks and liability.

Jim enjoys reading, biking and watching his son's baseball games.
