College Park Community Page
Just a few minutes west of downtown Orlando is a quaint brick street neighborhood called college park. College Park is 287 acres of unique homes on quiet well kept streets. To get to College Park take I4 and get off on exit 85, or 86 and go west. Once you reach Edgewater Drive you can go north or south. The name college park originated from the original pre-existing streets called Princeton, Harvard, Yale, and Cornell. The neighborhood was named in 1925 and has been expanded over the years.
College Park does not actually include a college but the public schools are almost all A rated, which attracts many families with children. The elementary schools are Princeton Elementary and Lake Silver Elementary, which are both A rated. The Junior High is Lee Middle School, which is also A rated. And Edgewater High is a 5 star school. College Park property management has been popular for years because of the local schools.
